And find out about the technologies of the future on site at one of the world's largest truck manufacturers – whether during a plant tour, training courses by professionals for professionals or through specialist advice and test drives at the industry information centre.

Ordered and ready for pick up.

A perfect start: there is a detailed handover when picking up your new truck. The MyNewTruck@Wörth training course offers you the opportunity to learn new theoretical and practical knowledge. In addition, you will receive technical instruction on your vehicle.

Before your truck can be picked up, your dealer will arrange an appointment and issue the pick-up pass for you. You need it as accreditation in the Customer Centre.
You will need a short-term licence plate with fully comprehensive insurance for the transfer. It can be ordered up to two days before pick-up.

Guided factory tour

Behind the scenes.

Exciting insights: with over 2.9 million square metres, the Wörth plant is one of the largest production facilities in the world. A factory tour will give you exciting insights. From BIW production with its accurate welding robots to the production line with the interior fittings, and on to assembly with highlights such as the “marriage” – right up to the finished truck. At the plant, you will experience the passion and commitment put into the construction of each individual vehicle by more than 10,000 employees. This is where Atego, Arocs and Actros are produced including the trailblazing electric versions.

Factory tours take place Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each tour takes 90 minutes. For safety reasons, participation is unfortunately not possible for children under 14 years of age. We cannot admit pets either.
